They tailored the mezzanine floor to align with Vancouver's regulations, enhancing spatial efficiency. Further, they converted a restroom into a universal one, prioritizing inclusivity. Installing extra sprinkler heads ensured compliance with building codes. The project entailed acquiring permits, coordinating inspections, and securing a business license for a seamless transition.
